Atlantis, once a city of another world, was sent to the empty world of Earth four thousand years ago. The Artalonians, began to explore the world, knowing leaving wasn't an option at the time. The people, under King Artalong, began to explore the world and inhabit it.
More cities rose up and soon the world was filled with people. The King Placed a spell over Atlantis to keep those inside from aging, in order to allow them to see their home world once again someday, but something happened that was unexpected...
The people of the world began to rise up and begin to battle with each other. First they fought each other, then soon began to fight for Atlantis. The world burst into wars and many died.
Eventually King Artalong did the only thing he could. He broke Atlantis off from the world and hid it from all. years went by and eventually the people of Earth forgot of magic and races and forgot of the existence of Atlantis. Now Atlantis is hidden in the middle of an island, between mountains, that is unseen from the air and unreachable from the sea due to high cliffs and raging surfs.
